Senior Business Analyst, Product Operations - Remote

Overview

The Senior Business Analyst, Product Operations will support the VP of Product Operations and Product and Technology leaders of CivicPlus to deliver results that help achieve financial and organizational objectives.

• Lead the design and integration of advanced data systems and strategic tooling.
• Identify opportunities to enhance data workflows and reporting infrastructure.
• Develop and present executive-level dashboards and reports.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities across product and technology programs.
• Establish and champion data governance and reporting standards.
• Create documentation and best practices for reporting.
• Mentor junior analysts and product teams.
• Partner with various teams for integrated reporting.
• Lead complex analyses to support business cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python).
• Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with financial metrics and P&L reporting.
• Experience architecting and maintaining data systems.
• Ability to partner with teams for impactful reporting.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience mentoring or leading analysts.
