Senior Product Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and execution-oriented professional to help scale Noa Notes, our AI-powered product for healthcare professionals, in Brazil. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Operations, driving growth, efficiency, and process improvement.

In Short

• Partner closely with Product and Go-to-Market teams to understand product performance.
• Design and execute experiments to optimize user adoption.
• Analyze data and channel performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Support scaling operations with process improvements and automation.
• Provide insights to guide go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy Ops, Sales Ops, RevOps, or Data Analysis.
• Solid understanding of product and business dynamics.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying data.
• Experience with Power BI, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, or Looker Studio.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• English proficiency (B2/C1 - Level).
• Experience working in agile environments.
