Overview

The Business Operations Senior Analyst at Salesforce will drive process and technical system improvements while managing projects and coordinating cross-functional meetings.

Requirements

• Experience in CRM and project management methodology.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Tableau and Google Cloud.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to perform requirement analysis and business analysis.
• Experience with user acceptance testing and process improvement.
• Familiarity with macros and pivot tables.
• Experience with user experience design.
• Ability to refine backlogs and manage project risks.
• Any suitable combination of education and experience is acceptable.
