Overview

The Mediator and Intake Specialist will be responsible for mediating consumer complaints, negotiating resolutions, and providing support to consumers and businesses.

In Short

  • Communicate with consumers and businesses on complaints.
  • Analyze and resolve consumer complaints.
  • Maintain agency database and provide reports.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide timely follow-up for consumer complaints.
  • Answer calls and direct callers appropriately.
  • Assist walk-in consumers with filing complaints.
  • Prepare training materials and assist in training.
  • Perform clerical tasks as directed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of satisfactory clerical experience.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 100 keystrokes per minute.
