Overview

The Parking Facilities, and Capital Projects Group at NYCDOT is responsible for operating municipal parking fields and garages while enhancing transportation sustainability through the installation and management of EV charging stations.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree in relevant fields such as architecture or engineering.
• Four years of experience in energy generation or conservation.
• One year of experience in an administrative or managerial capacity.
• Experience in construction management or related fields is a plus.
• Valid Motor Vehicle Driver License may be required.
• Ability to supervise and manage a diverse workforce.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy efficiency.
• Familiarity with municipal regulations and compliance standards.
• Willingness to update professional certifications as needed.
