HR Advisor Central and Wales - Remote

Overview

The HR Advisor role focuses on providing case management advice to line managers and supporting them through complex people matters, ensuring the best outcomes for both the business and the individual.

In Short

• Remote role with occasional travel required within Central England and Wales.
• Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm schedule.
• Provide strong case management advice to line managers.
• Support managers in making difficult people decisions.
• Manage a portfolio of HR cases effectively.
• Monitor and advise on absence management.
• Develop, monitor, and review HR policies.
• Minimum of 3 years HR Advisor experience required.
• Experience in a multi-site organization preferred.
• CIPD part qualified or related qualification is a plus.

• CIPD part qualified or related qualification.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to work with all levels of stakeholders.
• Experience with complex TUPE transfers.
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
• Ability to work independently on casehold.
