  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Guide potential clients from initial contact through negotiation and successful closing.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with our leadership and marketing teams to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or account development.
  • A solid understanding of the real estate industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • A self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
