VP, Regional Program Manager - Southeast Region - Remote

Overview

The VP, Regional Program Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships and enhancing credit awareness in the Southeast region.

In Short

• Serve as the primary contact for Costco’s Regional Leadership team.
• Develop strategies for new account acquisitions.
• Leverage data to assess warehouse performance.
• Train warehouse employees on credit presentation.
• Support credit tabling events and grand openings.
• Ensure compliance with credit card procedures.
• Manage escalations from warehouse employees and cardmembers.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Work from a home office with extensive travel requirements.
• Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
• 6-10 years of credit or sales-related experience.
• Prior big-box retail management experience preferred.
• High energy and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capacity to multi-task and respond to various situations.
• Excellent large group presentation skills.
• Strong financial analysis and relationship building skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in a remote office environment.
