Requirements

  • Working knowledge of HR functions and UK legislation.
  • Experience in HR Generalist/Business Partner roles.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage change and deal with ambiguity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Resilient under pressure and self-motivated.
  • Experience coaching senior leaders.
  • Ability to assess risks in business decisions.
