Overview

The Deferred Compensation Lead Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions at Citi’s HR Team, utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

In Short

  • Responsible for managing compensation and deferred compensation applications.
  • Gather and document business requirements, translating them into user stories.
  • Create test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing.
  • Support project management activities including timelines and stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Tax, Legal, and Finance for proper reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Resolve escalated issues for partners and employees.
  • Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience required.
  • Work in a hybrid model with 2 days of home office per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Experience with JIRA, SQL, Workday, Service NOW preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Developed diplomacy skills to influence others.
