The Customer Solutions Officer in CBPS is an entry-level position servicing off-shore clients of Citi, providing world-class service excellence to global clients through phone and digital banking experiences.

Requirements

• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Series 6 and 26 License required.
• Understanding of industry regulations in the US and Canada.
• Knowledge of securities, insurance, and mortgage laws.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Influencing and relationship management skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
