Overview

The Service Analyst 1 in CBPS is an entry-level position servicing off-shore clients of Citi, focused on providing world-class service excellence through phone and digital banking experiences.

In Short

Requirements

  • Previous relevant experience preferred.
  • Series 6 and 26 License required.
  • Understanding of industry regulations and compliance.
  • Proven knowledge of securities, insurance, and mortgage lending laws.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong influencing and relationship management abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
