Overview

The Applications Support Intermediate Analyst is responsible for providing technical and business support for users of Citi Applications, integrating specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices.

• Provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications.
• Act as a liaison between users and internal technology groups.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years experience in applications support.
• Basic knowledge of apps support procedures and concepts.
• Understanding of financial markets and products.

• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Ability to plan and organize workload effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
