Freelance Project Finance Coordinator - Remote

Overview

This position is for a Freelance Project Finance Coordinator who will support project teams in managing financial processes, from project setup to reconciliation, in a detail-oriented and service-focused manner.

In Short

• Collaborate with Project Leads on budgeting processes.
• Utilize Budget Management tools for project budget maintenance.
• Manage purchase orders including tracking and reconciliation.
• Assist in post-event reconciliation processes.
• Support vendor onboarding as part of the PO process.
• Maintain organized electronic documentation.
• 1-2 years of finance experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Procim, Google Sheets, and Excel required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a finance setting.
• Experience with Procim for budget and PO management.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
