• Work location preferably in commutable distance to Cielo Office in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
• Once a month visit to the Office in Buenos Aires.
• Languages: Spanish, English; Portuguese is desired.
• Experience sourcing for the US & LATAM markets in Higher Education, Opticians, and Healthcare sectors.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with organizational goals.
• Review and post job adverts on specialized boards.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to connect with potential candidates.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and salary benchmarks.
• Promote the employer brand to attract candidates.
• Ensure accurate records of candidate interactions using ATS.

Requirements

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques like X-Ray and Advanced Boolean.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong research and market analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Creative problem-solving skills in sourcing challenges.
