Requirements

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting
• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research and market analysis skills
• Ability to handle candidate data accurately
• Capability to manage multiple sourcing tasks
• Aptitude to address sourcing challenges creatively
• Continuous learning about industry trends
• Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets
