The Sales Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process in the life science industry, ensuring service excellence and acting as a brand ambassador for clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales recruitment within the life science industry.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with recruitment technologies and ATS.
• Proficient in Boolean search techniques.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles related to talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
