Integration Developer, Customer Technology - Remote

Overview

The Integration Developer, Customer Technology provides technical expertise to Cielo’s Talent Acquisition technology consulting engagements. Architect and build extensible data acquisition and integration solutions to meet the functional and non-functional requirements for our clients by bringing solid expertise in designing and developing repeatable integration solutions.

In Short

• Work with business partners, architects, and other groups to identify technical and functional needs of analytical systems.
• Provide expertise in designing and developing repeatable integration solutions.
• Develop, test, implement, and document technical engineering solutions.
• Optimize data integration platform for performance under increasing data volumes.
• Analyze, define, design, and document requirements for data and workflow.
• Work under broad direction and be accountable for technical work.
• Establish milestones and team objectives.
• Advise on standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to Integrations.
• Champion technology internally across clients.
• Drive organizational change with entrepreneurial spirit.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in integration development.
• Proficiency in at least one major integration platform.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with API development and management.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data transformation techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
