Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Business related discipline
• Experience in a support role in a 24/7 environment
• Experience in JavaScript
• Proficient in reporting and extracting tools (e.g., Microsoft SQL)
• Ability to manage releases and user acceptance testing
• Excellent problem-solving skills in a technical environment
• Strong communication skills
