Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 2+ years supporting client-facing talent acquisition implementations.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of consulting experience.
• Experience implementing and optimizing talent acquisition systems.
• Ability to develop change management and training collateral.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
