Overview

The Consultant is responsible for delivering quality consulting, project management and support services to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, as an individual contributor or a team member.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 2 years of client-facing experience in talent acquisition implementations.
• 2 years of project management experience.
• Experience with SmartRecruiters and other systems like Workday.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Smartsheet.
• Demonstrated ability in implementing technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of best practices in organizational design and process optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to support effective change management.
• Fluency in English required.
