Overview

The Consultant (SmartRecruiters Implementation) is responsible for delivering quality consulting, project management and support services to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, as an individual contributor or a team member.

In Short

• Provide strategic consulting on cloud-based talent acquisition technology solutions.
• Follow delivery methodologies appropriate to the project and promote industry best practices.
• Deliver high quality execution and completion rates on all client engagements.
• Develop and implement effective change management strategies, including communications, testing and training programs.
• Engage in positive communication with peers and colleagues.
• Provide functional process and design support for technology platforms.
• Understand recruitment processes and technology.
• Contribute to and support a positive team environment.
• Client-facing experience required.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in SmartRecruiters Implementation preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 2 years of experience in project management and consulting.
• Experience implementing talent acquisition functions and systems.
• Understanding of best practices in organizational design and recruitment programs.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Language requirements: English required; French or German preferred.
