• Join CI&T to support a client in the benefits market.
• Ensure the application provides an excellent user experience.
• Assist the team and client in improving process maturity.
• Make script changes for tariffs, interlocutors, and contract inclusions.
• Experience in Java development is required.
• Develop unit and/or automated tests and engage in code reviews.
• Maintain clean, simple, and maintainable code.
• Familiarity with Oracle and MongoDB databases.
• Understand agile concepts like SCRUM and KANBAN.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork disposition.
