Mid-level QA Automation Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Mid-level QA Automation professional, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the quality of our software solutions, defining and implementing comprehensive test strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

In Short

• Define and maintain test plans and entry/exit criteria.
• Write and execute manual and automated tests.
• Collaborate on shared testing suites, including API tests.
• Integrate tests within CI/CD pipelines.
• Coordinate test data and environments with DevOps.
• Log detailed bug reports and assist in defect triage.
• Provide test results and release readiness reports.
• Engage with stakeholders and present to leadership.
• Work with automation frameworks and testing tools.
• Enhance quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• Experience with an automation framework (Playwright/JavaScript preferred).
• Familiarity with JMeter for backend automation.
• Understanding of the testing pyramid and types.
• Knowledge of metrics and QA reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Git, SQL, Postman, and Jira/Scrum.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong English (upper-intermediate or above).
• Ability to multitask.
