Principal Solution Engineer - Analytics (Financial Services) - Remote

Overview

The Principal Solution Engineer will work with Salesforce’s Tableau Solution Engineering team, focusing on data and analytics to help customers solve their business problems.

In Short

• Engage with customers to understand their data and analytics needs.
• Demonstrate the value of Tableau through tailored demos.
• Conduct workshops to drive adoption of the Tableau platform.
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers on data strategies.
• Develop expert knowledge of the Tableau Platform.
• Lead technical responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Work closely with product management teams for feedback.
• Create reusable assets to support extended teams.
• 15-18 years of experience in analytics and data management required.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Analytics and Data Management.
• Strong problem-solving skills in data and analytics.
• Familiarity with at least one Analytics Platform (e.g., Tableau).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Post Graduate Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Financial Services preferred.
• Familiarity with predictive analytics and AI.
• Knowledge of data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks.
• Working knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript.
