Overview

The Contracts Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance and efficiency in government contracting operations within a fast-growing cybersecurity firm.

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts from drafting to closeout.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations including FAR and DFARS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in Federal/DoD contracting.
• Strong knowledge of contract types and regulations.
• Familiarity with security frameworks like CMMC and NIST.
• Proven ability to manage complex contracts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for a Top Secret clearance.
