Overview

An incredible opportunity exists for a resort-trained Director of Finance in the Southwestern US, responsible for leading a sizable accounting team and driving financial excellence within the resort property.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in resort accounting and finance.
• Resort DOF training required.
• Expertise in multi-outlet, multi-F&B resorts.
• Experience with spas and golf courses.
• BS Degree required; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and accountability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PMS systems.
• Outstanding relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data effectively.
• Commitment to training and developing finance associates.

Benefits

• $175,000 - $200,000 base salary.
• Up to 35% annual target bonus.
