In Short

• Act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and project leadership.
• Manage project documentation and facilitate communication.
• Engage directly with clients to support onboarding and adoption.
• Support Client Success Managers in maintaining strong client relationships.
• Monitor and respond to client support tickets.
• Assist with API/data integrations and custom dashboards.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews.
• Track project deliverables and deadlines.
• Maintain project management tools and software.
• Provide administrative support for project meetings.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of experience in project coordination or client success.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Excel/CSV skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems and project management tools.
• Proven ability to contribute to successful business outcomes.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on improvement opportunities.
