Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer at Chartbeat, you will be working directly with our client end users to answer their product questions and resolve their technical issues.

In Short

  • Provide best-in-class customer support to Chartbeat and Tubular Labs customers.
  • Work directly with customers to support their use of our products.
  • Respond to support tickets via email and video calls.
  • Participate in the support on-call rotation for urgent issues.
  • Assist in writing documentation for the Help Center.
  • Train new team members during onboarding.
  • Share user feedback with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Demonstrate product curiosity and exceed client expectations.
  • 1-2 years in customer service or technical support experience.
  • Experience with media organizations is desirable.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles.
  • Skills with Chrome Developer Tools and command line.
  • Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and Github is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Spanish fluency is strongly preferred.
