Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer who is passionate about quality, automation, and modern engineering practices. This role requires strong technical expertise in automated testing, API validation, and QA methodologies, combined with hands-on experience using AI tools or building solutions that enhance testing efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

In Short

Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for backend services, APIs, and UI workflows.
Use or create AI-powered tools to improve the QA lifecycle.
Participate in planning discussions and contribute QA and automation insights early in the development process.
Execute manual and automated regression testing for scheduled release cycles.
Ensure test coverage, reliability, and performance across multiple systems and environments.
Review product features to identify edge cases, automation opportunities, and risks.
Collaborate with engineering teams (local and offshore) to define quality standards.
Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and support engineering teams in resolving defects efficiently.

Requirements

Strong technical expertise in automated testing and QA methodologies.
Hands-on experience using AI tools for testing.
Detail-oriented and proactive.
Ability to work across teams.
Current with emerging technologies in automation and AI.
