In Short

  • Become a power user of our ViewIQ technology & execute full 360-Youtube media planning and buying understanding and functionality.
  • Serve as the main point-of-contact/consultant to clients on Channel Factory’s products.
  • Lead Kick-off calls, setting clear expectations and measures.
  • Own and grow a book of business focusing on client retention and growth.
  • Partner with Sales and lead client calls for up-selling.
  • Create and maintain short and long-term Account Plans.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance, proactively addressing issues.
  • Create mid-campaign and end of campaign reports.
  • Update Salesforce for proper campaign information and revenue tracking.
  • Work closely with Product to improve our products.

Requirements

  • Self-starter and curious about digital media, especially YouTube.
  • Excellent communicator able to articulate ideas confidently.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, and projects.
  • Curiosity and enjoyment of data/research to create new ideas.
