Overview

The Account Manager will be a dynamic, strategic, savvy media professional, an expert in the video marketing offerings and capabilities of YouTube and off-YouTube platforms, and can dive in and immediately add value by driving revenue and increasing client investment.

In Short

  • Own, retain, grow, and satisfy critical customer relationships.
  • Understand and communicate how products assist clients in reaching marketing goals.
  • Manage a book of business focusing on client retention and growth.
  • Create and maintain Account Plans for designated accounts.
  • Lead pre-campaign Kick-off Calls and serve as the single-point-of-contact.
  • Respond urgently to client requests using internal systems knowledge.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and KPI performance, addressing issues proactively.
  • Generate thorough weekly and final reporting on metrics and insights.
  • Expand relationships through regular client communication.
  • Assist with up-selling and renewing existing clients.
