Overview

As an Institutional Ecosystem Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our strategic asset issuers and be accountable for their ongoing growth in liquidity, utility and market cap growth resulting from broader adoption through DeFi and other distribution networks.

In Short

  • Establish a comprehensive account management plan for institutional clients across DeFi, TradFi, and Web3 ecosystems.
  • Identify and structure multi-party opportunities by aligning business incentives across diverse stakeholders.
  • Create and oversee team structure for the account management plan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions tailored to institutional needs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in DeFi, capital markets, and blockchain applications.
  • Stay ahead of market trends in tokenisation, digital asset management, and institutional blockchain adoption.
  • Take user feedback to help the product generate new features and products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account, new business, or relationship management in technical environments.
  • Deep knowledge of Web3 technologies, DeFi protocols, and tokenisation value chains.
  • Familiarity with traditional financial market infrastructure and decentralised applications.
  • Strong relationship management skills across all organisational levels.
  • Strategic thinking and business development capabilities.
  • Expertise in tokenisation of RWAs, including regulatory considerations.
  • Able to travel 20%+.
