Overview

As a Senior Solutions Architect at Chainguard, you will lead implementations and ensure customer success by empowering clients to use our secure software solutions effectively.

In Short

• Lead technical implementations of Chainguard images.
• Partner with account teams to drive customer value and retention.
• Ensure high-quality Chainguard Images and smooth onboarding experiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize customer requirements.
• Share best practices and lessons learned across the organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a post-sales role supporting clients.
• 8+ years developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
• Strong experience in Kubernetes and Containers.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with software development processes and design concepts.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
• Located in the Eastern Time Zone.
