In Short

• Lead technical on-boarding with clients for Segment CDP.
• Guide clients through initial deployment and ongoing evolution.
• Help customers instrument Segment APIs across their stack.
• Design data structures for integrations or SQL warehouses.
• Work closely with the product team to improve customer success.
• Develop internal processes for consistency in engagements.
• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with cloud and data warehouse technologies.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Client-side Javascript skills and experience with APIs.
