Join the team as our next Solutions Architect on Twilio’s SEGMENT Professional Services team, helping customers achieve value from their investment in Segment Customer Data Platform (CDP).

In Short

• Lead technical on-boarding with clients to deploy Segment CDP.
• Guide clients through initial deployment and ongoing evolution.
• Help customers instrument Segment APIs across their stack.
• Complete on-boarding engagements within budget and scope.
• Design data structures for integrations or SQL warehouses.
• Guide customers on syncing event and profile data.
• Develop internal processes for consistency across engagements.
• Work closely with the product team to improve customer success.
• Become a guide on the Segment platform and help improve it.

Requirements

• Experience delivering technical engagements in a consultation environment.
• Ability to deal with a variety of customers.
• Strong time management skills and detail-oriented.
• Ability to explain technical concepts effectively.
• Experience writing SQL queries and data architecture.
• Experience with cloud and data warehouse technologies.
• Solid client-side Javascript skills and API experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
