Senior Analyst, Deal Desk - EMEA - Remote

Overview

The Deal Desk team are experts at removing barriers, enabling growth, and ensuring Revenue has the right framework to move at the speed of progress. Our work plays a critical role in optimizing Sales team performance from quote to order, building strong relationships and partnering with them closely to understand their opportunities while driving adoption of best practices and policies.

In Short

• Develop in-depth knowledge of Chainalysis licensing, subscription and pricing models.
• Be a creative problem solver who meets customers’ needs while adhering to company strategy.
• Perform price/discount realization analysis and present actionable recommendations.
• Provide tactical and strategic guidance to Sales teams.
• Function as point of contact for Sales on deal pricing matters.
• Partner with EMEA Sales teams to prioritize projects and deals.
• Create and maintain a knowledge base of common issues during deal cycles.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a Deal Desk role or related processes.
• 1 year of experience with deal structuring/quoting complex SaaS transactions.
• Analytical mindset with competency in analysis and modeling.
• Solid understanding of Quote to Order stages within Lead to Cash lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of revenue recognition (GAAP, ASC 606).
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and/or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong quantitative and data modeling skills.
• Strong Google Suite/Microsoft Suite skills.
