In Short

• Support attorneys by conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Assist in case preparation and manage deadlines for efficient case progression.
• Draft various legal documents including answers and discovery responses.
• Prepare legal templates for attorney review.
• Correspond with the court and opposing counsel regarding settlement documents.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and hearings.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and discretion.
• Utilize strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Work from home with a stable setup using provided equipment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of paralegal experience.
• Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certification as a paralegal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to prioritize projects and solve problems effectively.
• Good research skills.
• Previous remote experience.
