Overview

The Presales Consultant for Consumer Products will act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging technical expertise and industry insights to propose tailored solutions that meet client needs.

In Short

• Support early phases of the deal with standard solution demos.
• Educate customers on the necessity of PLM solutions.
• Conduct detailed discovery on customer goals and pain points.
• Design tailored solutions and configure Centric PLM.
• Conduct customized solution demos and create presentation materials.
• Create written solution proposals with ROI estimates.
• Prepare documentation for RFI/RFP requests.
• Collaborate with Post-Sales team on project proposals.
• Support marketing activities aligned with Japan markets.

Requirements

• Experience in presales or consulting with enterprise applications.
• Understanding of application data models and customer mapping.
• Ability to perform system configuration.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in the consumer products industry is a plus.
• Willingness to communicate with global teams.
