Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, renewals, and growth within our existing fashion and retail client base.

In Short

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with fashion and retail customers.
  • Own the renewal process for existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as the key point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Monitor account health through regular check-ins.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to identify growth opportunities.
  • Leverage experience in the fashion and retail sectors.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in merchandising, buying, or a similar role.
  • 2+ years of experience in a SAAS Customer Success role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing renewals and growing revenue.
  • Familiarity with SAAS products, preferably in PLM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine passion for the fashion and retail industries.
  • Fluency in English is required.
