Overview

The Provider Payment Strategy Manager will oversee the advancement of provider reimbursement methodologies to align with organizational strategies and objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing provider payment strategies in a managed care setting.
  • Strong analytical and collaborative leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of provider reimbursement methodologies and healthcare data structures.
  • Ability to develop work plans and prioritize reimbursement activities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of eight years of experience in provider reimbursement activities.
  • Strong communication skills for building relationships.
  • Ability to apply analytical expertise to managed care contracts.
  • Experience in mentoring and supervising teams.
  • Technical troubleshooting skills for complex problems.
