Manager, Product Strategy - Remote

Overview

As Manager, Product Strategy, you will be embedded within a product team and help set the direction for your designated product and product line. You will get the chance to collaborate with Product Managers, the Product Director, and across divisions to create a cohesive, aligned strategy plan.

In Short

• Set the product vision, high-level roadmap, and level of investment
• Identify industry and ATPCO value for recommended investments
• Monitor overall product health and collaborate with the Product Director and Product Managers
• Monitor industry trends and evaluate impact to future product direction
• Engage with the Strategy Division to ensure alignment with corporate strategy
• Lead product steering and focus group sessions as assigned

Requirements

• Prior experience in airline merchandising/retailing-related field
• 5-7 years minimum in Product Management
• Basic knowledge of tools like Aha! and JIRA
• Experience delivering custom software in a product-focused environment
• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with creative and innovative thought
• Familiarity with the airline and transportation ecosystem
• Knowledge of ATPCO data, systems, and products preferred
