Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Brand and Product Senior Manager to lead the brand strategy for Masterbrand Cabinets. This role will drive growth, innovation, and market leadership through strategic marketing, product management, and brand development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and product development.
• Experience in cabinet manufacturing highly desired.
• Proven track record in brand management and strategy development.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to influence teams.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% as business needs require.
