The Alliance is seeking a Legal Services Director to oversee its Legal Services Department. This role involves strategic management, legal counsel, and oversight of legal operations.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree and active California Bar license.
  • Minimum of seven years practicing healthcare attorney experience.
  • Five years of management level experience.
  • Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Ability to develop legal strategies based on analysis.
  • Experience in risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to explain complex laws and regulations.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and review.
  • Ability to assess and implement departmental planning.
