Overview

The Nurse Practitioner, Virtual Care applies advanced education and clinical competencies to achieve optimal patient outcomes, providing health promotion and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions.

In Short

• Work with diverse patient problems and complexity.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current state license in Florida.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write prescriptions under supervision.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines.
• Experience in value-based care settings.
• Telehealth experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.
