In Short

• Provide health promotion and maintenance through diagnosis and treatment.
• Prescribe medication and treat acute and chronic conditions.

• Occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings.
• Full-time position with 40 scheduled weekly hours.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current and unrestricted state license in Florida.
• Basic computer skills, including EMR.
• Certification to write prescriptions.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines.
• Experience in value-based care settings.
• Telehealth experience is a plus.
