Requirements

• Minimum one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license.
• Experience in family medicine or primary care preferred.
• Ability to provide evidence-based holistic care.
• Order and administer immunizations.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Complete DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• EPIC experience preferred.
