The Logistics Associate will support the Advocacy Department in empowering local election officials and ensuring accurate election information is published.

Requirements

• Assist department leadership with tracking expenses and organizing travel
• Create and organize conference materials
• Support review of department materials for accuracy
• Maintain internal databases including Google Groups and Airtable CRM
• Coordinate engagement metrics tracking
• Develop meeting agendas and maintain calendar events
• Commit to professional growth and learning
• Ensure programs prioritize voters facing barriers
• Ability to lift and organize materials weighing up to 50 lbs
