Overview

The People & Culture Associate role involves supporting the hiring processes and promoting a positive staff experience at the Center for Tech and Civic Life.

In Short

• Support hiring processes for a seamless workflow.
• Create and update job descriptions and hiring materials.
• Post jobs and set up pipelines on the Applicant Tracking System.
• Evaluate applications and communicate with applicants.
• Provide administrative support including note-taking and document organization.
• Survey staff to inform People and Culture’s priorities.
• Assist with staff engagement and address their concerns.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
• Align with the mission of making elections more secure and inclusive.

Requirements

• Experience in talent acquisition and recruiting is a plus.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Solutions-oriented and proactive in developing solutions.
