The Center for Reproductive Rights is a global human rights organization dedicated to ensuring that reproductive rights are recognized and protected as fundamental human rights across the world. With a presence in major cities including New York City, Washington, D.C., Nairobi, Bogota, and Geneva, the Center operates as a non-profit and non-partisan entity, influencing law and policy in regions such as Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean, and the United States. Comprising over 230 diverse professionals, the Center engages in impactful litigation, legal policy development, and advocacy efforts, supported by a global pro bono network of more than 2,100 lawyers. Since its inception in 1992, the Center has achieved significant milestones in transforming the legal landscape surrounding reproductive rights, including maternal health, abortion, and adolescent sexual health. The organization is committed to a strategic plan aimed at enhancing protections for reproductive rights globally by 2030.
